After placing your order, you will automatically receive an email with your confirmation number of the order you placed. Once we shipped out your order you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number that will track your package until gets delivered to the address you provided.

when ordering from us.
If your tracking number indicates that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you would have to contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS. For other issues like lost, stolen, or damaged package, you can also submit a claim to the USPS.
